Paul Kozal is an amazing photographer. He enjoys photographing the night sky and recently took this photo of the Milky Way, shining bright over Black Point Beach on The Sea Ranch.

The flowers in the foreground are non-native ice plant. They are quite beautiful in bloom in the spring and summer.

      Anne Mary, here's what Paul Kozal said about his photo:
      "I took the photo on May 27,2020 about 12:20am
      It was taken at Black Point in Sea Ranch, CA
      I used a Nikon D850 camera and the Nikon 14-24mm lens
      The exposure was 30 seconds and during that 30 seconds I used a flashlight to “light paint" the flowers in the foreground.
