Saturday's sunrise was a beautiful gift for getting up early. The Pacific Ocean glowed pink and purple for a few short minutes while I went out on our deck to get this photo.
I took this panoramic photo but no photo would show the entirety of the magnificent sight.
We also had many rainbows yesterday as the storm was slowly moving out.

Jeanne, I love your recent sky photos. In fact you've had some other beautiful ones lately, Kathy Bishop's particularly. And Richard Hansen had some nice shots. I also enjoyed the bald eagles. I've just seen them for real for the first time. It's thrilling. Thanks for sending me all these shots from other people that make me jealous!
