The first Harbor Seal pups have been born at Tidepool Rookery on The Sea Ranch. I watched this blissed-out mom and her nursing pup.

After a long hike, it must feel good to put your paws in a nice creek. That's just what Bear did at Walk On Beach on The Sea Ranch.

A male Harlequin Duck has been spotted off Black Point Beach on The Sea Ranch. Craig Tooley got several photos of the beautiful bird.
This duck is banded but Craig can only make out three numbers. He's trying to locate it again and try for the complete number so this sighting can be reported.
