Carolyn Andre photographed  the sunset from her home on The Sea Ranch.

And look at Sunday's sunrise - it was glorious too. Roxanne Holmes took the photo on the left, and Rozanne Rapozo took the one on the right.

Thanks to Carolyn, Roxanne and Rozanne for allowing me to share their photos with you here.

Today has been cool with some fog along the immediate coast. Sunshine this afternoon!

Roxanne Holmes recently photographed a beautiful sunset off Shell Beach, at The Sea Ranch.

And Perry Hoffman photographed the sweet pinks and yellows of a sunrise from  his Gualala home.

Thanks to Roxanne and Perry for allowing me to share their photos with you here.

Sunny and cool today with very little wind...and achingly beautiful.

A small pod of Killer Whales, Orcas, was seen off The Sea Ranch recently. Jan de Vries photographed this Orca as it splashed down on its side.

These Orcas are called Transients and they prey on CA Sea Lions and Harbor Seals.

Thanks to Jan for allowing me to share his photo with you here. I have a photo I took of a particularly beautiful sunrise a little over a week ago. I took this photo from the front deck of our home in Anchor Bay. These amazing colors didn't last long, but they had me gasping in wonder.

Sunny with breezes today. Where's our rain?

People, including me, were oohing and aahing over the beautiful sunrise on November 6th. Paul Brewer photographed the sky awash in colors and the Pacific Ocean tinted lavender.

Sunrises like this are gifts for getting up early!

Lots of clouds are streaming by but the day is mild with no wind. It's a good day to be outside!

On and off storm systems have brought dramatic clouds to the Mendonoma Coast. Karen Wilder was out at the Point Arena Lighthouse bluffs and she captured this lovely sight.

Sunrises have been striking too. I photographed this one from my deck in Anchor Bay on Oct. 19. A vision of loveliness in pink!

Thanks to Karen for allowing me to share her photos with you here.

Rain and more rain! The  temperature is quite mild and the rain continues to fall today. A big storm is due in Sunday, an atmospheric river of rain. Will it be enough to open the Gualala River? We'll be watching.
