Pelican Bluffs – a 75 acre parcel south of Point Arena – is now protected as open space.

A beautiful new 75 acre parcel has been acquired by the Mendocino Land Trust. It is located south of Point Arena on the west side of Highway One. It isn't yet opened to the public but will be soon. Peter Reimuller recently explored the land and took these photos.

You can see that this is a very beautiful part of the Mendonoma Coast. Kudos to all who made the acquisition a reality. To learn more about the wonderful work done by the Mendocino Land Trust, here is the link to their website: http://www.mendocinolandtrust.org/

Thanks to Peter for allowing me to share his photos with you here.
